ChatG gives users complete control over their data. You can delete individual chats, groups, and messages without deleting your account. You may also permanently delete your entire account and all associated data at any time.

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by email.

Include the following details in your email:

• Your ChatG username
• Your registered email address

🧾 Data That Will Be Deleted

• User profile & account information
• All messages & chat history
• Authentication credentials
• Associated identifiers

🛡️ Data That May Be Retained

• Legal compliance records
• Security logs (retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention)

⏳ Deletion Timeline

All eligible personal data is permanently removed within 7 business days after verification.
